Ordering and Shipping Info |
1. How long till I receive my merchandise?
All orders received by 4:00 p.m. will be sent to our processing department.
After 4:00 p.m., the order will be sent to processing the next business day(Monday through Friday). If an order is placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, it will not be sent to our processing department until the following Monday. (Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday). It usually takes 3 to 5 days to process an order depending on how many orders are placed prior to your order. To fill your order and mail, it will be approximately 5 to 7 days.
2. What About Returns?
Any returns are at your expense and we will only accept packaged merchandise that has not be opened. All returns are within a 7 day period. There are no refunds issued on the shipping and Handling charges of the returned merchandise.
3. What areas do you ship?
We ship within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to a Post Office address.
4. Do I get a discount on large quanities ordered?
Large quanities are different amounts to different people. By LARGE quanities, we require 50 or more of an individual item to be considered LARGE.
We keep our prices as low as possible. At the present time, we cannot offer a deep discount on volumn orders. However, if you e-mail us with specific quanity, we will see if we are able to discount for you. Please allow 2 weeks for large quanity orders. Please be advised that if we are able to discount on a volumn order, the sale will be a final sale. No returns on special discounted large quanity items.
5. Shipping Rates
Actual shipping and handing charges are calcualted at the time of checkout based upon the total amount of your order. The table below can be used to give you an estimate of your shipping and handling charges:

We are a RETAIL only on-line business. We do not have catalogs. We do not have
retail stores at any location or state. We service the CONTINENTAL United States
